Position Overview:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at TazaMall.com is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s human resources strategy to support business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture. Core Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports TazaMall’s business goals and fosters a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic direction and vision.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and support business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment strategy for sourcing and attracting top talent across all departments to support TazaMall’s rapid growth.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and candidate-friendly experience.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources to ensure a diverse talent pool.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are integral parts of the hiring process.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that enhances employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to build a strong employer brand and improve employee morale.
