- Create a new Google Form.
- Add the following fields:

- Deadline (Date picker)
- Enable required fields for all.
- Responses will automatically save in a linked Google Sheet.
Option 2: Google Doc Template
Create a Proposal Template (Google Doc) like this:

- Each new row will represent a proposal.
