Position Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of TazaMall.com is responsible for overseeing the company’s technological strategy and direction. The CTO leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the platform’s technology infrastructure, ensuring it supports TazaMall’s business objectives, enhances customer experience, and drives innovation. The CTO will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that technology is aligned with business needs and that TazaMall stays ahead of industry trends.
Core Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and implement TazaMall’s technology strategy, aligning it with the company’s business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor innovations to ensure TazaMall’s technology remains competitive.
- Define the company’s long-term technical vision and direction, ensuring scalability and innovation at the core of the platform.
- Work with the CEO and executive team to integrate technology into business strategies and identify areas for growth through technological advancements.
- Product Development and Innovation:
- Lead the technology team in the design, development, and enhancement of TazaMall’s e-commerce platform and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure the development of features that meet customer needs and improve user experience.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that new features are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the business strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product and technology design.
- Technical Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the technology team, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers.
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and ensure the team has the necessary resources to succeed.

- Infrastructure and System Management:

- Technology Partnerships and Vendor Management:
