Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Oversee and drive the execution of TazaMall’s business strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and company growth objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company’s growth and success.
- Ensure the company adapts to market shifts, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Business Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s mission.
- Work with the leadership team to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive operational excellence across all departments.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of executives and department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong executive team, guiding key leaders in the company to achieve business goals.

- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and execute the company’s marketing and branding strategy.
- Ensure that TazaMall’s brand and messaging are consistently presented across all channels and resonate with target customers.
- Oversee customer acquisition strategies, focusing on scalable growth and cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Ensure that the company’s marketing efforts effectively communicate the value proposition to the market.
- Product Development and Innovation:
- Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure that TazaMall’s platform evolves and adapts to user needs and market trends.
- Encourage the development of innovative features and technologies that differentiate TazaMall from competitors.
- Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with strategic business objectives and that product releases are delivered on time and within budget.
- Gather customer and market feedback to continuously improve the platform.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure that TazaMall’s platform provides a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
- Address customer concerns, improve satisfaction, and optimize the overall customer experience.
